The Oklahoma Housing Conference is proud to announce Ashlea Quinonez, Regional Administrator for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as a keynote speaker for the 2026 Oklahoma Housing Conference taking place October 28–30, 2026, at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel.

Ashlea J. Quinonez currently serves as HUD Southwest Regional Administrator overseeing Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Appointed by President Donald J. Trump in 2025, Quinonez leads HUD field operations across the Southwest region while advancing initiatives focused on expanding opportunity, strengthening communities, and supporting pathways to the American Dream.
