2026 QAP Input Luncheon (Coalition Voting Members Only)

Join the Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing on June 30 for our annual QAP Luncheon and Discussion. This important member event provides an opportunity to review and discuss the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency's Draft 2027 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), which guides the allocation of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits across Oklahoma.

During the luncheon, OCAH members will review proposed changes, discuss their potential impact on affordable housing development, and help identify key priorities and recommendations to be submitted to OHFA. This collaborative discussion ensures the affordable housing industry has a strong and unified voice throughout the QAP development process.

The Draft 2027 QAP is currently available for public review, and OHFA is accepting stakeholder comments through July 9, 2026. OCAH encourages members to participate in this discussion and provide feedback to help shape the future of affordable housing in Oklahoma.

Program and QAP discussion begin at 12:00 p.m.

Registration Fee: $25 per person

Please Note: Attendance is limited to OCAH Voting Members. Eligible memberships include Sustaining, Active Corporate, and Non-Profit/Housing Authority Members. Corporate Affiliate and Individual Memberships are not eligible to participate in voting member discussions.
